A notifier for PC users to take a rest.

ScreenRest is an application that will benefit your health and mental wellbeing. It is a program that, while you work on the PC, indicates the pauses and rests you should take at regular intervals. ScreenRest can tell you of the predefined rest periods, or can monitor your keyboard and mouse so that, depending on their use, it determines the right moment to take a break.

When it's time for a rest, a pop-up message appears to remind you. ScreenRest tells you how long you should rest for (with a countdown on-screen). You can cancel or delay the breaks if you need to. There are also two types of pause: regular and short "powerbreaks". Both are necessary.

ScreenRest includes a user and help manual integrated in it, and also can stay in the system tray. The program icon is a little bee.
